Passing the Baton and the Booze

Recently, our mixologist Eben Klemm was asked to add more melody to his shaker with a special featured cocktail in honor of the New York Philharmonic and its conductor Alan Gilbert.  Music to our palate! Try it at home and read more about the man behind the baton below.

The Gilbert

1 ounce Wild Turkey

1 ounce Firefly Tea Vodka

½ ounce lemon  juice

½ ounce crème de cacao

1 ounce ginger beer

Shake and strain all ingredients into an ice filled long glass.

Top with soda and stir.

Garnish with a Lemon half stabbed with cocktail cherry
