A Toast to Regis

A Toast to Regis Philbin!

As the longest running broadcaster bows out on November 18th, toast to Regis with a Marga-Regis at Atlantic Grill, one of his favorite restaurants in NYC. The Marga-Regis is a sparkling kiwi margarita, green to represent his Irish heritage, and will be available at both Atlantic Grill East and West.

Make the Marga-Regis!

Kiwi, peeled and sliced, estimating three ¼ inch slices per cocktail

4 parts Sauza® Tequila                                       

1 part simple syrup

1 part fresh lemon juice

1 part Prosecco

 

In a shaker, muddle kiwi. Add next three ingredients. Shake and pour over fresh ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a slice of kiwi.
