The days are warming, the sun is staying out way beyond work hours and seasonal flavors like bright berries, sweet corn and effervescent herbs are making their way into dishers and drinks. It's official, summertime is here...and so are our summer cocktails.

Try our Pepper Games, a hydrating quaff that will settle you into the long days of summer and pop you up with a hit of black pepper, or the Pucker Up, a gentle kiss of sour with a refreshing appeal of watermelon. Those cocktails, and more, now being poured at Atlantic Grill Upper East Side and Atlantic City locations.

Pucker Up

a gentle kiss of sour with a refreshing appeal of watermelon

2 oz Vodka

1 oz fresh watermelon juice

½ oz fresh lemon juice

2 oz citrus soda

¼ oz simple syrup

Sour Watermelon Candy, for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sour watermelon candy.
